At the 4:43 mark in the first quarter and on Senior Night, Haley Garrett scored her 1,000 career point during the Cerro Gordo-Bement Broncos varsity girls basketball game on Thursday, February 2. The game was stopped immediately following the monumental basket and principal Brandon Willard made the announcement of her accomplishment in front of the home fans. Pictured with Haley following the game are her parents Tara and Adam Garrett. She scored 26-points in the game and back on January 5 she set a new career game high scoring record for CGB with 36-points.
