MTZ community hosts Fourth of July parade

The Mt. Zion neighborhood in the Rosewood Drive area hosted its annual Fourth of July Neighborhood parade.

Every year, vehicles, children and citizens drive down or walk down the streets as a way to celebrate the Fourth of July. The parade participants dress up in the U.S. colors of red, white and blue.

According to Cayla Hittmeier, this was the best attended parade so far. The Mt. Zion Fire Department along with Mister Softee joined in the parade.
