Lisa Ann Kauffman

Lisa Ann (Plank) Kauffman, 33, of Arthur, IL passed away at 7:40 A.M. Pacific Time on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at the Rubio Cancer Clinic in Tijuana, Mexico.

Funeral Services will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, April 25, 2022, at the HCK West Building in rural Arthur, IL. Bishop Nelson B. Diener will officiate. Burial will be in the Otto Cemetery. Visitation will be any time after 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at the HCK West Building and anytime after 10:00 A.M. on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at the HCK West Building. The Edwards Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Lisa was born on June 2, 1988, in Tuscola, Illinois. She is a daughter of Glen and Linda J. (Otto) Plank. She married Kenneth G. Kauffman on April 18, 2008, in Arcola, Illinois

Lisa is survived by her husband, Kenneth, six children, Janelle Diane, Lorinda Grace, Jordan K., Jason K., David K., and James K. all at home; her parents, Glen, and Linda J. (Otto) Plank; her paternal grandparents, Ira L. and Verna (Schrock) Plank; three siblings, Jason Plank, Kevin G. Plank, and his wife Loretta Fern (Schrock) of rural Arcola, IL, and Jonathan Plank and his wife Loretta Kay (Hostetler) of rural Arthur, IL; father-in-law and mother-in-law, George S., and Lorene Sue (Miller) Kauffman of rural Arthur, IL.

Lisa was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Jerry Jr, and Anna Marie (Chupp) Otto, and one brother, Lavern Plank.

Lisa was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

Lisa enjoyed sewing, but her greatest joy in life was being a loving wife to Kenneth, and a loving mom to her and Kenneth’s six children.
