NEW BANNERS. Village employees Trevor Watkins and Ben Durbin were putting up the new Quilt Show banners last week just in time for the show coming up April 28-30 at the Otto Center. The Arthur Area Association of Commerce will be replacing all the downtown banners with brand new ones throughout the year as events and seasons change.
