Poetry Reading

A poetry reading was held on Saturday, April 9 in the fellowship hall of the Arthur United Methodist Church in honor of April being National Poetry Month. Hosted by local poet and writer Ariana Cherry, those in attendance enjoyed hearing some of Ariana’s poems and also shared some of their own. Daniel Guillory, who lives in Findlay and taught for many years at Millikin University and has written many books of poetry, shared some of his work he wrote during the pandemic detailing how many of us were feeling during that time.
