Essex Connecticut will truly miss Doris Peake. She would frequently walk downtown with her dog and greet everyone with a smile and very often a funny story to share. She told many stories of the farm she grew up on in Atwood Illinois. She loved to garden , had great dinner parties, and we often we go out to dinner at the local restaurants. She was my best friend and I will miss her very much. Elizabeth Herbst
