WINTERS GALLERY DAMAGED

WINTERS GALLERY DAMAGED. The storms that came through late Saturday night into Sunday morning not only knocked out power in parts of Arthur but shattered the front window of Winters Gallery leaving glass in the street and all over the front part of the store. Two paintings in the window were also damaged. The incident was discovered around 6:00 a.m. Sunday morning and with the help of several community members it was cleaned up and plywood has been hung till a new front window can be installed.
