Joy Eastin Winner of Atwood Auxiliary Meat Bundle

Joy Eastin, daughter of Anne Schable, was the winner of the Atwood American Legion Auxiliary meat bundle. The drawing was held on February 19 at the Legion Hall. A profit of $679 was made from the meat bundle drawing.

According to Auxiliary president Jessie Yoder, the spaghetti supper went well and they served approximately 50 people with around 25 deliveries. Several volunteers offered their time to make the event a success. Auxiliary volunteers were: Anne Schable, Beth Jones, Sue Benner, Beverly Obert, Dorothy Clough, Amanda Barbee, Marsha Burgener, Shana Bailliez, Emma and Hannah Bailliez and Jessie Yoder.

Legion members helping were Ken Caraway, Steve Vollmer, Larry Price, Howard Kamm, Jim McCollum, Jerry Clough, Mike Obert and Nicole Griffin. Also assisting were Landon Bailliez, Mikie Barbee and Mark Yoder. They were able to raise $493.
