MAKING THE HOLIDAYS BRIGHTER. The Arthur Volunteer Fire Department conducted their annual “Fill the Boot” campaign on Friday and Saturday, November 26 and 27. Firemen collected donations from motorists at the intersection of Vine and Illinois Streets in the firefighter’s boots. The money raised from this campaign will go towards the departments Christmas Food and Toy Program that provides gifts boxes for less fortunate families living in the Arthur area.
