Lighted Christmas parade and Santa to arrive in Arthur on December 4

The Arthur area will be the place to be the remainder of this Christmas season with or without snowflakes falling down.

With just a few shopping weeks left till the big day, Arthur offers unique shopping and eating opportunities and all kinds of family fun await the holly and jolly and even the rare Scrooge out there. Santa will be here too.

Breakfast with Santa will start the morning off at Yoder’s Kitchen from 8:00-10:00 a.m., co-sponsored this year by the Arthur Woman’s Club and MasterBrand Cabinets. Doughnuts and milk will be provided for the kids and coffee will be available as well for the adults. Some family fun things will include a coloring station, Letters to Santa station, gift bags, and pictures with Santa of course.

That evening the famous lighted Christmas parade will roll down Vine Street kicking off at 5:30 p.m. Santa will be, as always, the Grand Marshal of the parade.
