BEMENT FALL FAMILY FUN

BEMENT FALL FAMILY FUN. Sponsored by the Bement Lions Club and the Village of Bement, the fall festival was held at the Forest Preserve Park on Saturday, October 30. It was a compilation of businesses, volunteers, groups, and churches putting on activities throughout the day that included a costume walk, caramel apple bar, bake off contest, chili lunch, car show, kickball tournament, face painting, spooky stories, live music, and a bon fire for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. Pictured is the West End Pub kickball team all decked out for Halloween in some very creative costumes for the single elimination tournament. Nine teams participated and one of the rules included any player high school and up must play with a cup of apple cider in their hand.
