MTZ Homecoming Court Announced

Mt. Zion announced their homecoming king and queen candidates last Thursday for the 2021 homecoming.

The candidates for homecoming king are seniors Brandon Kondritz, Lane Fehrenbacher, Mason Gatlin and Mathias Adams. The candidates for homecoming queen are Raleigh Allen, Rosie Ellison, Sophia Castro and Tatum Stein.

The homecoming parade will also be on Wednesday at 5 p.m. The parade starts at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home (intersection of W. Main St. and Braves Pkwy), heads northwest on W. Main St., turns left at the intersection of W. Main St. and Bell St. before ending in the Mt. Zion High School park.

The king and queen will be announced on Friday at the Homecoming pep rally. The Braves host Charleston for the homecoming game. The coronation will be on Saturday evening at the Homecoming dance.
