CHEESE, CHEESE, AND MORE CHEESE. Lori (Yoder) Graber and five-week old daughter Grace Graber along with Jenny Herschberger (employee) and John Yoder are pictured with 150-pound cheese wheel just prior to the first cutting on Saturday morning September 4. Lori & John are the children of Joseph and Julie Yoder who are part owners of Heartland Deli and Delights along with Olen and Chris Herschberger of Castle Rock, Colorado. All of the cheese for this year’s festival was purchased through their store. Cheese and mouse are also pictured in back.
