Library Board Retirement
Pictured are Arthur Public Library Board Trustee and Vice President Beth Singer who presented a framed photo on behalf of the board to Anne Pate who recently retired from the library board after 36 years of service. The photo is of the ribbon cutting that took place upon the opening of the ‘new’ and current John E. Timm Memorial Library building on Walnut Street in 1991. The inscription reads: “In recognition of your leadership, dedication and years of service.” The library board is very thankful to Anne and all she has done for the library over those many years.
