The Illini Prairie CEO (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities) Trade Show was held on Wednesday, May 12 at the Arcola High School gym. Students from Arcola, Arthur Lovington Atwood Hammond, Sullivan and Tuscola used this opportunity to share with the public the various business ideas they have worked all year to put into practice. Ideas such as body organics, phone repair, lawn care, rings and jewelry, desserts, recycling, candles, personal assistant, home decor, custom phone cases, car detailing, chocolate breakables and home goods were on display to the public.
Mac Condill, Arthur, is the facilitator for the group and was on hand to greet people and share what the group is all about.
Ilusha Budd, Arcola (180 Recycling) and Alexa Hauser, Sullivan (Rings by Alexa) appeared on WCIA’s CI Living to promote the trade show. These two young people were great representatives for the CEO program.
