ALAH Saturday Morning Football Practice. Even thought the calendar says March, the Knights officially started practice last Wednesday and have had great spring-like weather so far. The fall football schedule was postponed due to COVID-19, then in a surprise announcement state leaders gave the green light to resume all sports back in late January. Several protocols and sports specific rules were mandated and for football, masks must be worn under the helmets. The six game season will kick-off on Friday, March 19 as ALAH will travel to Cumberland.
