Dewitt-Piatt Bi-County Health Department COVID-19 vaccine clinics to start soon

The health department is no longer working down the list that they had taken earlier due to the high volume of interest.

On Monday it was announced the health department is now currently asking all residents in the 1B category to sign up for an appointment if they have not been already scheduled using one of the links for their online registry for the first 2 weeks of February.

Phase 1B includes a large number of people over 65 years of age and the clinics could last several months.

    My name is Thomas Scott. I am a resident of Monticello and a Korea Veteran. I am 90 years old and can not find a scheadual as to when I will be in line for the covid 19 vaccination. I should be after all healthcare workers and first responders get their vaccinations than then some. Please let me know when I can expect to receive my vaccination for the covid 19. If you put me on a list with an appointment time, let me know where and when. Thomas Scott
