Garrett Daniels, Xander Hutchcraft and Aiden Shonkwiler have been named Bement High School Students of the Month.

Monica Hall, physical education teacher, commented, “Through a team effort, Garrett, Xander and Aiden have been instrumental in putting our renovated weight room together. They took the lead in lay-out and assembly of the equipment. They were very conscientious of spacing, versatility and safety of the design. All three students spent extra time during the school day to make sure the equipment was utilized in the most productive manner possible. All three students are very polite, helpful and always willing to put forth the effort to see things are done correctly. They all have an excellent work ethic.”

Garrett is the son of Tracy Daniels and Jason Daniels of Bement. Xander is the son of Tosha Hooker and Jimmy Hutchcraft of Bement. Aiden is the son of Kent Shonkwiler and the late Stephanie Shonkwiler of Bement.

The Student of the Quarter is co-sponsored by the High School Student Council and State Bank of Bement. Its purpose is to recognize a student whose attitude and involvement serve to improve our school.
