Region 6 Indoor Restaurants and Bars To Be Shut Down Starting Monday, November 2

Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) to shut down indoor bar and restaurant service in Region 6, which includes Douglas, Moultrie & Piatt Counties  effective Monday morning.  State police could issue citations to businesses who defy the order.  More to come as this story develops throughout today.
