ALAH Parents Required To Self-Certify with Wellness Screening

Parents and guardians will have to self-certify their students daily for those attending in-person. Self-certification for the Wellness Screening will need to be completed in the Family Access in Skyward by 7:15 a.m. for each day of school. A video was made available on how to self-certify in Skyward.

If you do not have access to self-certify using Skyward, a paper version of the Wellness Screening is available on the school’s website or contact the school directly. The two questions have to be answered daily and initialed by the parent or guardian. The students will show the door monitors their wellness screening sheet before entering the building.
