Project Mask

Project Mask. The Arthur Woman’s Club is making masks for the all students in the ALAH School District. They started the project on Thursday evening with setup which involved cutting material, elastic, and pressing pieces of fabric and started sewing on Friday and made roughly 100 masks the first day. The school district is suppose to be receiving masks from the state but to date they have not arrived so the Woman’s Club stepped up to help out to make sure they are prepared for the first day of school. Work will continue on this project everyday this week in the fellowship hall at the Arthur United Methodist Church.
