Kyndrie Carter Celebrated Her 9th Birthday on June 10. Birthdays are always special but this year was extra special for Kyndrie as she was honored with a drive-by celebration led by the Arthur Fire Department followed by cars with gifts, balloons, and signs from family and friends. She ended the day with a family dinner at Yoder’s Kitchen. It turned out to be a really special birthday, one she’ll always remember. She is the daughter of JJ and Erica Carter.
