American Legion Auxiliary Flag Tradition. Four hundred American flags lined Vine Street in Arthur over Memorial Day weekend as well as ninety flags placed at the Arthur Home and Eberhardt Village for the residents there to enjoy. Members of the Arthur American Legion Auxiliary, volunteers and family members placed the flags on Friday evening, May 22.
